Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking code and packaging photo once your order leaves our warehouse.

4.2 – How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Delays may happen due to holidays, customs, or high demand periods.

📩 Carriers usually make three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the order will be held at a local carrier facility for 7 calendar days. If unclaimed, it is returned to us.

4.3 – Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address.
